Booking your Bridal Beauty Team can be a simple process and not something that has to be complicated. There are a few things that we do need from each Bride in order to book your wedding.
To see if we are available for your wedding we need the following:
Wedding Date
Time to be ready by
Number in Bridal Party
Services (makeup & hair)
Location to get ready
We will then get back to you regarding availability for this day. Blushed currently has 2 bridal beauty teams to accommodate all of our brides. If we are available for your date with one of our teams, we can then move forward in the booking process.
We then create a bridal beauty quote with all of your information. In the quote there will be your information for booking, a 15% deposit fee of total services is due to book your wedding. This can be paid by EMT (etransfer) or through the quote by debit or credit. Once this is paid, we will book your wedding. You will receive a booking, receipt, a contract, and info forms.
Each bride must sign the contract and fill out the bridal info forms in order to complete the booking. There is also a bridal party info form link that is for each person receiving services the day of. This is where we will get all info and photos for everyone.
All of this information is used to create a wedding day plan and the timeline for your wedding day, with all photos and information we will need in order to be organized for your everything.
Then each bride will book in her bridal trial a month or two prior to the wedding. This allows us to meet and be prepared for your makeup and hair for the big day. This will give you time to special order any hair extensions or hair pieces that are needed for the wedding day.
For anyone looking for hair extensions, they can be ordered through Amazon. It is best to ask your stylist which extensions would be best for your hairstyle, as different styles of extensions work best with specific hairstyles. We can send you the link for hair extensions that would best suit your style.
